LONG WEEKEND RETREAT
What Awaits You at a Soulfull Life Weekend Retreat
Soulfull Life long weekend retreats are small, Christ-centered gatherings designed to help you reconnect with God through embodied practices, Scripture meditation, creative worship, and honest, life-giving community.
If your faith has felt dry, disconnected, or stuck in your head… this is where it comes alive again.
A Retreat for Your Whole Self:
Body, Mind, Soul, and Spirit
Most Christian retreats focus only on teaching.
Most wellness retreats avoid talking about Jesus.
Soulfull Life does something different. We bring your whole self into God’s presence: your body, your breath, your creativity, your questions, your joy.
ㄨ This is not a yoga retreat.
ㄨ This is not a silent retreat.
ㄨ This is not a “fix yourself” retreat.
This is a Christ-centered, embodied, creative spiritual experience.
Core ways we connect with God.
MOVE
Gentle, Christ-centered physical movement and breathwork. No experience needed, just come as you are.
Every session begins and ends with prayer, creating a safe space for embodied worship.
MEDITATE
Stillness and Scripture meditation that teach you how to listen to God, not just talk at Him.
Prayer is talking to God. Meditation is listening.
We practice both.
CREATE
Art, journaling, music, and creative worship.
Explore new ways to express your faith and rediscover the joy of creativity as a spiritual practice.
GROW
Bible-based teachings, group conversations, and authentic sisterhood.
This is where connections deepen and faith flourishes.

Soulfull Life retreats aren’t meant to replace your church, Bible study, or women’s group - they’re designed to complement them. Church is where we’re discipled over time. A retreat, on the other hand, offers a sacred rest - a space to step away, reflect, and let God speak to you in the quiet. It’s time to listen more deeply and return refreshed to your everyday faith walk.
If you’re craving a faith experience that feels edifying, creative, and impactful, this is for you.

I feel peaceful. Just completely peaceful, and I feel connected with all the other women, and with Erin, spending the day with them, discovering the gifts within me from the Holy Spirit and sharing that with other women being open to sharing that.

I just started getting back into believing God and it shifted my belief that there is a chance for me to have an opportunity to be with a wonderful group that believes in God and that will take me on a wonderful journey.
